Guests can easily get in touch with the history of Gothenburg by visiting the Redoubt Crown, located 3.2 km from this hotel. The Clarion is just 100 metres from Pumpgatan bus stop and within a few blocks of Gothenburg Central train station in Gothenburg.

During my recent stay at the Clarion Hotel the Pier, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, which set a positive tone for our adventure in Gothenburg. Our Deluxe room offered a breathtaking view of the harbor, making it a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of exploration. With a clean, modern atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed, I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured plenty of options to cater to dietary preferences, including lactose and gluten-free choices. After fueling up, we took advantage of the hotel's recreational amenities, such as the sauna and fitness center, to keep our energy high for our daily activities. The location was ideal, just a short bus ride away from the city center, allowing us to easily explore Gothenburg while knowing we had a comfortable refuge to return to. If adventure calls me back to Gothenburg, I would certainly choose Clarion Hotel the Pier again for its blend of comfort, convenience, and captivating views.
